At the Chicago Dogs Team Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to the ballpark.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
